New Covid-19 policies and procedures in place at Top Dogs

We are following all relevant Ministry of Health guidelines for our return to work. Please allow more time on both drop off and pick up to follow these new procedures!

1. One in, one out policy
To allow for physical distancing we will be operating a one in, one out system. If someone is already in the reception area please wait outside or in your car until the other client has left the premises.

2. Sign-in sheet
There will be a sign-in sheet for people who drop/pick up your dog that we don’t have registered in our system.

3. Contactless handover of dogs
We will be implementing a double gate system where you ‘place’ your dog (minus their lead) in a fenced area within our reception and close the gate. Our team will then open a separate gate to collect your dog on one of our own leads. We will not handle your dog’s lead or come within 1 metre of you.

4. Online payment
We are asking if all clients could please use online banking to pay for Day Stay and any other services. We do still have eftpos for any clients that are unable to use online banking and ask that you use the hand sanitizer provided before and after using the machine. Thanks!
